Return Period:

·         You may return unused products in accordance with the following terms within 14 days from the date you receive the product.

·          Product condition: The product must be in its original condition and unused, and the original packaging must be available and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.

·         Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if a manufacturing defect appears in the product.

Return Process:
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team and provide your order details. Our support team will guide you through the necessary steps to successfully complete the return process.

·         The original purchase invoice must be provided.

·          Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

·          Returns are free of charge only in cases of product error or damage, or when the product is inspected and received after inspection. The company does not bear shipping costs if the return is due to personal preference or any reason other than those mentioned above.

·          If you receive the product and later change your mind about the purchase, with no defect in the product and the received product matches the one ordered from the website, please contact customer service to determine the possibility of exchange or return according to the above-mentioned terms.

·          In case of a return due to an issue or product-related reason, the product will be collected from the customer and inspected. Exchange or refund will be processed after inspection and confirmation of the reason for the request.

Shipping Costs for Exchange or Return:

·         The customer is entitled to exchange the product without bearing shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications.

·         The customer bears the shipping and return costs if the company approves the exchange or return for other reasons. In this case, the exchange or return policy is applied by collecting the product first for inspection, and the customer bears the return shipping cost, followed by shipping the replacement or refunding the amount.
