Eligibility to Create an Account:

To create an account on our Website, you must be over 18 years of age and reside in Egypt or another country where we conduct sales. If you are under 18 and wish to use our services, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a legal entity, your acceptance of these Terms confirms your legal authority to represent that entity. You may not use another user's account without their express consent. You may not transfer your account to another party without written approval from Al-Oruby. Creating more than one account is not allowed; if you do so, we may suspend or delete both accounts.

Al-Oruby may require you to provide updated documentation verifying your identity. Refusal to provide such documents may lead to account suspension or deletion.

Inactive or unverified accounts may be deleted.

By registering, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Electronic Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.

Electronic Communications:

By creating an account, you consent to receiving promotional messages on your email or mobile regarding updates, offers, and marketing materials. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You also agree to be contacted via email or platform notifications and acknowledge that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notices.

Responsibility for Products:

You understand that Al-Oruby is a platform that facilitates browsing and purchasing products we display. We are responsible for sales and payment collection, and our product guarantees follow our commercial terms.

You agree to release Al-Oruby from any claims, liabilities, or disputes related to your use of our services unless caused directly by our negligence.

Unless the damage is due to our failure to act, Al-Oruby is not responsible for physical or financial harm resulting from the use of products purchased through our platform.

All content on the Website, including headers, graphics, icons, text, descriptions, and layouts, is the exclusive property of Al-Oruby and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
